I've reloaded a 20 minutes older save, where the effect was not present, to not risk being really a bug of the peak that was not correcting itself, I entered the caverns, then teleported out of them, I will see if the bug comes up again. Have you tried loading a much older save, then re-loading the glitched one? Anything?ĭoes activating similar effects double-blur it, or not change it? Say you hit C for bullet time, does it stack the blur, etc?
